Hillary Clinton’s campaign funded the Steele Dossier, which was used as justification for the Obama administration to surveil the Trump campaign and incoming administration. Hillary is at very least responsible for the conduct of her campaign operatives, who colluded with Russians to “gather” the absurd information. At worst, she was part and parcel of the effort to spy on her rival campaign, which puts her in the same position as Richard Nixon.
