Following a meeting in Washington on Friday with a top North Korean official President Trump has announced that the planned June 12th summit on Singapore is back on.
The North Korean delegation was in Washington to deliver Trump a letter from N. Korean President Kim Jong Un. This comes after Trump canceled the summit with a letter to Kim.
Earlier this week, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo met with the North Korean official in New York to ease tensions and work out the detail of a possible re-activation of the summit.
