Rep. Curbelo was the very first signer of the discharge petition, hails from a toss-up district in Florida, and has an F- from Numbers USA. He is arguably the most pro-amnesty incumbent not on his way out and has a pathetic 28 percent Heritage Action score. Republicans will spend a boatload of money on his campaign, but as you can see, they aren’t getting what they paid for.
