We have good news and bad news for you. You’ve probably heard the good news, that Anthony Kennedy is retiring from the Supreme Court, and President Trump gets to replace him. The bad news: the nominee has a narrow margin for confirmation, and has to run the gauntlet through the same Democrats in the Senate that are defending the swamp and blocking the president’s priorities.
