CNN posted a “story” which observed that out of “113 Supreme Court justices in US history, all but 6 have been white men”. The implication is that the president is somehow racist for nominating Kavanaugh, forget the fact that the last nominee that Obama put forth, Merrick Garland, was also a white male. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., supported Trump nominating Garland. We are waiting for the “diversity” pieces to cite this as an example of Schumer’s bias.
