Rosenstein’s failure to hand over documents requested by Congress in an appropriate manner and appropriate time frame was grounds enough for frustration. This repeated behavior was unacceptable, the documents that failed to be produced adequately ranged form information on the Clinton foundation to FISA applications. This lack of transparency makes Congress unable to do its job and proves to be yet another waste of taxpayer dollars.
