An illegal immigrant who had previously been deported has been charged with sexual battery in Florida. The man, Jesus Ramirez-Velasco, admitted to having sex with the teenager over 20 times. His connection to the girl? She was the daughter of his girlfriend. The girl had recently told her mother of the dangerous affair, claiming that Velasco had been telling her that if she didn’t have sex with him he would harm her mother. His contention is that she asked for sex but he admits he knew it was illegal, how sinister? Blaming the victim of your crime as the cause of your crime.
