3 of the 5 suspects had the charges dropped against them. The charged that were dropped were revolving around Child neglect as the corpse of a three-year-old were found on site and numerous other children were found on site in what would be described later as filthy and unlivable conditions. The judge dropped the charges because the prosecution had failed to bring up evidentiary hearings within the ten-day time period required.
