Bad Actor is a term for individuals infiltrating groups to get to other ends, typically more sinister ends. There might be a few of these in the Caravan, members of terror organizations and members of major gangs could be in this group. We don’t know because we don’t know who the entire group is. If they get in, the seriously bad news might be ahead.
