Hillary Clinton’s top lawyer sent an email condemning Comey’s letter to Congress about her scandal referring to it as “inchoate and highly ominous” then going on to say it left holes for people to assume whatever they wanted about her alleged crimes. The FBI ran around in circles in response to the email, they sent department memos and emails including from Comey, FBI lawyers, and virtually everyone involved in the day to day operation of the department. FBI legal mind James Baker called for a conference over the email, this revealed how far the FBI was willing to move for the Clinton campaign.
