United States and GOP representative Jim Jordan slammed Michael Cohen during his testimony on Capitol Hill.

According to The Daily Wire:

Former Trump attorney Michael Cohen is little more than a “patsy” being used by the Democrats as a battering ram for impeachment proceedings, according to Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), who attacked the convicted felon’s character prior to his testimony on Capitol Hill on Wednesday.

Straight out of the gate, Jordan reminded his colleagues on the Oversight Committee that Cohen is a convict “going to prison in two months for lying to Congress,” reports the New York Post.

“This might be the first time someone convicted of lying to Congress has appeared again so quickly in front of Congress,” he said. “This is a first, because no other committee would do it.”

After laying out the many crimes Cohen has committed, Jordan concluded, “The Democrats don’t care. You are their patsy today.”

Jordan has been a strong defender of the president and he continued to show that during this hearing.
