Gil Cisneros is a California Democrat that got elected after he and his wife struck it big with the lottery, literally. Cisneros won the lottery in 2010, he and his wife won an estimated $266 million in the mega millions lottery. Cisneros is now pushing his luck though as he pushes for the impeachment of President Trump.
