Andrew P. Bakaj, the other lawyer representing the whistleblower, tweeted that we are past the point of the 25th amendment. The Tweet refers to the push about a year ago to remove the President on the basis of incompetence. This move is one of many that reveal how these elite liberals think of the President and those that support him.
