Sarah Pitlyk

Before becoming a judge on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Pitlyk practiced food and drug regulatory law at a DC law firm. Then moving to St. Louis where she worked for several years in a civil litigation practice. Pityk has taken on several landmark pro-life and religious liberty cases. Pitlyk also clerked for then-judge Brett Kavanaugh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
