Again in 2016, President Trump was able to beat Democrat Clinton and secure the state’s 10 electoral votes. The state which had voted for Democrats for 25 years turned red for Trump in 2016. Four years later and the race between Trump and Biden is close in Wisconsin. Recent polling data shows Biden has a mid-single-digit lead over the President. Wisconsin was hit hard by the Coronavirus, causing some voters to question Trump’s handling of the virus and lose faith in the President.
