D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser skirted her own Covid travel restrictions by claiming it was “essential.” The Democrat didn’t want to miss Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s victory speech in Delaware, so she didn’t. Despite the fact, the state remained on D.C.’s list of “high risk” states Mayor Bowser claimed the travel was essential and therefore exempt from the restriction.
