On Tuesday, Los Angeles County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl voted to ban outdoor dining to help curb the virus’s spread, calling outdoor dining a “most dangerous situation.” That same night Kuehl was seen dining outdoors at a restaurant in Santa Monica.
