Reform Disability Insurance

According to the RSC proposal the Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance Trust Fund is set to be completely depleted by 2032. The RSC proposal seeks to reform disability insurance before it’s too late by helping reinvigorate the workforce. The proposal specifically includes measures for:

-Workplace accommodation incentives

-Needs based period of benefits and return to work

 -Updated eligibility rules

-Fight fraud
