Liberal media outlet The Daily Beast is known for attacking anything said by a conservative figure and it’s no different for Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton. In February 2020, The Daily Beast followed the trend and also published an article slamming Cotton for pushing what it dubbed a conspiracy theory. The Daily Beast published “Sen. Cotton Flogs Coronavirus Conspiracy Theory Dismissed by Actual Scientists” but it seems that now they should be focused on a retraction. Instead, the outlet just has decided not to report on the fact they likely got it wrong on the origins of the virus and ignore the story altogether.
