Chipman’s Comments on Suppressors
During Chipman’s confirmation hearing Senator Mike Lee noted some of Chipman’s concerning past statements regarding suppressors and the fact even left-wing fact-checkers evaluated the comments as false. Chipman has made multiple comments in the past claiming that the only people who could benefit from silence suppressors are criminals, not legal gun owners who want to protect their hearing.
