House Republicans re-election arm, National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) is rolling out a major ad blitz to target five Northeast House seats. Up first to get hit by the radio, TV, and social media campaigns is Democrat Matt Cartwright of Pennsylvania’s Eighth District. Representative Cartwright was hit with an ethics complaint about his failure to disclose his ownership of a private jet and multi-million dollar lake home as required by Congress during his financial disclosures.
