Slim Margins

Democrats currently only hold a slim margin in the House and they are tied with Republicans in the Senate, they can not afford to lose too many seats in the upcoming election if they want to stay in power. This need by Democrats to win at least some seats is something that will hurt them in the 2022 election, resources will be spread thin for Democrats in the election cycle.
