Language is far more important than you may ever fully realize, every day you talk to people or at the very least listen to someone else talking. Certain words mean certain things and English is a special language, some words sound the same and mean totally different things.

When tyrants come in and attempt to change language that should be taken very seriously. We are all for being polite, that is why we avoid swearing in polite conversation and discussion. The way the left is currently changing language though has nothing to do with being polite and is instead about changing the way we interact with one another.
