Can local governments bar student-aid programs from being used at schools that teach “sectarian” religious content? 

This is the question that needs to be answered in Carson v. Makin. In a previous case the court decided that local governments could offer scholarships for schools that are religious, this case is the inverse of that and it will be interesting to see what the court decides.
