China has recently seen major success in the AI arms race and it’s clear that the US government is not sure where China is in terms of AI development.

Artificial intelligence is a major part of modern arms systems. Modern weapons systems use AI for targeting systems and the best piece of computer software will win every time.

AI capabilities are not just limited to weapons systems though. These advanced AI systems can also be used to take down key infrastructure in America as we have seen with the recent pipeline shutdown.
