Hawaii Uses Robot Dogs to Patrol Homeless Community
The State of Hawaii is using robot dogs to seek out those infected with Covid-19 in homeless communities.
The state of Hawaii is sending out robot dogs to find those who may be sick with Covid-19 in homeless camps and communities. The robots are quadrupedal and come equipped with cameras, communication relays, and artificial intelligence. These robots scan the eyes of the homeless to detect fevers, a possible sign of Covid-19.
This bizarre story is something out of a dystopian future movie, the government is sending in robots to find those who are sick in America’s poorest communities. Truly strange.
