The Original Letter 

With this new information as to the creation of the letter that insinuated parents who were protesting the curriculum and actions of schools across the country were terrorists, the letter can be seen through a new lens. 

The original letter had one main point, that point being that the government should investigate parents who were protesting against local school boards and should handle them accordingly. Outside of this, there was a suggestion that parents were acting like domestic terrorists and that local school boards and states were not able to handle the issue on their own.
