Clinton-Ukraine Deal

During the Clinton administration a deal was struck between the United States and Ukraine that called for the removal of nuclear weapons from Ukraine on the condition that that the United States protect Ukraine in the event of a crisis like this. Ukraine was left unarmed and the current administration might just end up breaking that deal.
