Fox News reports:

Hagedorn announced a reoccurrence of kidney cancer last July and had tested positive for COVID-19 last month. A cause of death was not mentioned in Carnahan’s Facebook post.

Rep. Hagehorn’s wife announced his passing in a Facebook post.

“Jim loved our country and loved representing the people of southern Minnesota. Every moment of every day he lived his dream by serving others. There was no stronger conservative in our state than my husband; and it showed in how he voted, led and fought for our country,” she wrote.

    1. Got that right. All about money. Just like you will have to be jabbed every year for Phizer’s money train.

    1. Probably, but the CDC will never admit it. I, along with many others, have lost every shred of confidence in the CDC. It has been obvious that they don’t know what they are doing or saying and it is also VERY obvious that the CDC people don’t really care about saving people’s lives.

    2. He had kidney cancer several years before COVID-19 reached our shores. It came back again shortly after the 2020 election, and he had surgery around Christmas time. I’m fairly sure the cancer relapse was diagnosed before the COVID-19 vaccines were available.

We don’t know the cause of death yet. Let’s not speak too soon. “He who answers a matter before he hears it, it is folly and shame to him.” Proverbs 18:13

    1. There will be a special primary election in May, followed by a special general election in August. Until then, Minnesota’s First District will have no official representation in Congress. Perhaps Michelle Fischbach will serve as Congressional contact for Hagedorn’s constituents until the special election (the Seventh District is the only one in Minnesota represented by a Republican that borders the First District), or his staff may stay on and do what they can.

  1. I was honored to know Jim Hagedorn as a constituent, and enjoyed a number of conversations with him before and after he was elected to Congress. I thank God for giving us a decent Representative for the last three+ years, and pray that He comforts Jim’s family with the knowledge that he was a believer in Christ and they will see him again in heaven.
