Trump’s North Carolina Rally Draws Suspiciously Small Crowd

Trump Rally

Is this a sign of things to come or simply a fluke? Donald Trump’s political rallies are known to attract thousands of Americans from far and wide but his recent rally in North Carolina would struggle to fill a high school football stadium.

Mediaite reports:

Besides Trump, Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) and congressional hopeful Bo Hines also spoke at the rally. Trump has endorsed both men as he continues to throw his support behind various Republicans running, including recently Dr. Mehmet Oz in Pennsylvania. Cawthorn has caused plenty of controversy recently, even among the GOP, but he did not temper his language at the rally, calling for the impeachment of President Joe Biden and for Dr. Anthony Fauci to be arrested.

What was arguably most notable about Saturday’s rally in Johnston County was the crowd size. According to Raleigh-based outlet The News & Observer, between 1,000 and 2,000 people attended the night’s event. That number pales in comparison to the approximately 15,000 who attended a Trump rally at the same venue in 2016. In fairness, that rally was held days before the 2016 presidential election that would morph Trump from reality television star to leader of the free world. Today, he is in a much different place considering the 2020 results and his expulsion from Twitter, his main point of communication with his followers when he was first knocking his way into the political scene.

During Trump’s speech, he said he would end all remaining Covid-19 regulations if he were president, though in North Carolina it is not so much of a problem as most mandates have put put out to pasture in the red state. He also managed to predictably ruffle the feathers of his dedicated critics by declaring when discussing some of his political targets: “I think I’m the most honest human being perhaps God ever created.”

Is this a sign that the conservative base is moving its support away from Donald Trump ahead of the next presidential election? Tell us what you think in the comments below.

Yeah, that picture was probably taken the day before. The rally was one of the best. Appeared quite well attended on RSBN at the appropriate time.

Not to mention that the TRUMPTRAIN hates free speech and seems to follow the LIBTURDS playbook.

No one is moving away from Trump. If anything, I see more people supporting him even more so than before. I even have Democrat friends that have switched parties and become Republicans. They recognize that the Democratic Party has ruined this country with Socialism and Soialistic ideas.

I wonder how many people would Biden draw? We the people also have lives. The midterms are still some months away.

I watched the rally and it sounded as if many thousands of people were there. Frankly, I, for one, do not believe this at all. With thousands flooding our southern border, inflation out the roof, and the rest of the world has no respect at all for the current president and VP, our only hope of saving America is Trump! HE DID IT BEFORE AND HE CAN DO IT AGAIN!

I believe conservatives support President Trump’s policies but are ready to more on and support a less controversial candidate who will carry out Trump’s conservative policies. For one, Gov. DeSantis is demonstrating that he can and will do that.

I Have Watched Every Rally Since Trump Announced He Was Running For POTUS & From What I Saw, President Trump’s NC Rally Was Packed As Usual. When They Panned The Cameras & Showed The Crowds Size, It Was Way More Than Any One To Two Thousand People There In Attendance…This Article Is Nothing But Leftwing “Disinformation Propaganda” & It’s Better Known As “Fake News”.

Trump will be the nominee if he wants to run. Truth is if the Dems stop trump from running it will set off the Maga world and they will vote for whoever trump says in numbers. They should let trump run again but no one said they were smart.

As my Chief Engineer always said, “one point does not a trend make”, so I don’t think this means anything yet!

Kinda hard to believe that number they came up with, I have relatives in NC and they and most of their friends are Trump supporters!! As I am.

If this is true, I hand not even heard of a North Carolina rally until it was reported, so for a poorly publicized event it drew a big crowd.

Odd.The only station that covered the rally was Newsmax.Fox is pulling further and further away from Trump.Don.t watch it much anymore. If Trump decides to run in 2024 and it’s a fair election,he will blow the rest of them away. All the elite are against him and also us.Look at what those DC fools are doing to this country and more importantly to the American people. They hate us! We need to CLEAN THE SWAMP!!!!

Trump is THE Leader in the Conservative movement. He accomplished more in 4 years as President than any other President in History! Trump will be President again! Dems are trying to destroy him, since they know they can’t beat him!
