Utah 

Utah was given an A rating by The Committee to Unleash Prosperity and was determined to have handled Covid-19 the best out of all the states. 

Utah was ranked as being the best in the nation because it handled everything very well. The state kept people employed(6th), kept the economy running(2nd), and kept people safe(8th). It should also be noted that the state managed to keep most children in school during the pandemic(5th).
