Vermont 

Vermont was given an A rating by The Committee to Unleash Prosperity and came in as the 3rd best state in regards to handling Covid-19.

Vermont did an excellent job at keeping people healthy, happy, and employed. The state had a record low unemployment rate during the pandemic(9th) and managed to keep the total deaths(2nd) and adjusted deaths(2nd) low. The only place where Vermont fell flat was its GDP(31st).
