United States Capitol Police arrested six House staffers on Monday who were protesting in Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s office.
The Daily Wire reports:
Law enforcement responded to the protest that took place in room 322 in the Hart Senate Office Building around 11:15 am, the Capitol Police told The Daily Wire.
“Six demonstrators were arrested for DC Code §22-3302 Unlawful Entry for failing to leave the office after they were told to leave,” police said. “The six people who were arrested are all House staffers.”
The individuals arrested were Saul Levin, Aria Kovalovich, Rajiv Sicora, Courtney Koelhel, Phillip Bennett, and Emma Preston, according to the police.
Levin, the son of Rep. Andy Levin (D-MI) and policy advisor for Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), posted a picture of himself and another staffer on social media on Monday with the caption: “Right now, we Hill staffers are peacefully protesting Dem leaders INSIDE.”

More stupid Democrats protesting other stupid Democrats and the only ones to lose will be the people of the United States of America. I wish Capitol Police had shot and killed them.
Are these six “insurrectionists” going to be thrown in jail and kept there without any formal charges being brought against them? Are they going to waste away in jail as those who protested on Jan. 6, 2021 are doing? Or, because one of them has a daddy who’s a congressman, will they all be given a slap on the wrist, like Stephen Cobert’s staff, and be allowed to walk away without any consequences? My bet is–since they are progressive protesters and been indoctrinated to believe in “climate change”, they will get off scott-free. This is the progressive socialist Democrats’ answer to “equal justice under the law.”
We have no one to set example in our Government Department. Ladies and gentlemen,, We need LAW AND ORDER not from the criminals only, but from our Government LEADERS.
How about protesting China or India, two of the biggest polluters in the world. The world has been ending for at least the last 50 years, polar icecap melting, NY underwater, fossil fuel gone by 2020. I’d rather rely on science than a bunch of entitled children. Climate change is the least of our problems, the country is going downhill fast because the Democratics and the RINO’s in Congress are bending over backwards to the Left Wing Liberals who are hell bent on Destroying America.
So are they going to be treated like the other people who were arrested on Jan 6? I don’t think so because they are Democrats! They can do, say and get away with breaking the law and get a slap on the hand for their actions!
They were not rioting per se, but they were trespassing and obstructing the government.
Just as bad as the Jan 6th defendants. Lock them up for trial. They could repeat.
