Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) has been striking controversy for months over her role on Democrats’ partisan January 6 inquisition — the sole purpose being to attack 45th President Donald J. Trump. CNN recently asked Wyoming voters what they thought of Cheney being the vice-chair of the partisan committee. Here’s what they said, according to the Daily Wire:
“Are you planning to vote for Liz Cheney?” CNN’s Randi Kaye asked Wyoming voter Sharon Tuggle, who responded, “Hell no.”
“She’s done us dirty,” Tuggle said, confirming to Kaye that Cheney lost her vote because of her part on the January 6th committee. “Look at how she’s done Trump.”
“She is supposed to be supporting him,” added Tuggle. “She is a Republican, for crying out loud.”
“Personally, I think she’s had three too many,” another voter told Kaye, asked if Cheney should run for another term.
