McCarthy Shames Republicans Not Condemning FBI’s Trump Raid

On Facebook, House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy of California shamed Republicans who are staying silent amid the Democrats’ weaponization of the FBI to attack 45th President Donald J. Trump.

Breitbart News reports:

The McCarthy post comes in the wake of Monday night’s outrageous and unprecedented raid of former President Trump’s private residence at Mar-a-Lago. The next day the feds seized Rep. Scott Perry’s (R-PA) cellphone.

“If you are an elected Republican, and you are staying quiet while Democrats in Washington are abusing their power,” McCarthy wrote, “you are the very reason they think they can get away with it. NOW is the time to speak up and be LOUD!”

For the last five and six years, we have seen local and federal law enforcement, along with the Democrat party and their propagandists in the corporate media, launch one hoax after another at Donald Trump. Everything from the Russia Collusion Hoax, which was orchestrated with the help of the FBI, to the first impeachment hoax to the second impeachment hoax to the January 6 hoax. … On top of that, Trump’s been falsely accused of shady business dealings, not paying his taxes, and on and on and on…

Unprincipled “republicans” like outgoing Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) just don’t care. They are political animals out only for revenge and power. The idea that the crocodile will one day turn on them (and it will) doesn’t matter. They are so shortsighted and bitter that it doesn’t matter what norms are shattered, how the Constitution is shredded, or the evil being done by a politicized law enforcement institution. All they care about is getting their revenge on Trump.

McCarthy is right. Some Republicans need to wake the heck up and start getting a backbone. So, they don’t like Trump. We’re not electing them to like anybody, we’re electing them to work on the agenda they promised and to do that they need to stop the Democrats’ destructive actions and go after them for their illegal/unconstitutional methods. I heard someone today say that the Deep State is it’s own party, having members who claim to be either a D or R, but actually neither. I hope we get representative who can be strong and work to get rid of the corruption. And I think the RNC needs to do a better job of getting out the message of what Republicans actually stand for and want to accomplish; it’s not all about a President, although Trump actually did as much as he was allowed to do to keep his promises.

I agree with everything he said.
Independents, moderates and even Democrats who still have some common sense, (are there any out there?) This should be a wake up call to everyone of what our government is doing to our country and its citizenry. Today President Trump very soon they’ll be coming for us. 87k IRS agents. Who do you think they’re going to audit? Not the Clint-Ons, not the OBUMMERS, not the Bidens, etc., etc.

And not any corporations or billionaires that contribute to the politicians coffers. Just like the Obama IRS already did, these new IRS agents will be set out to destroy conservative Americans. They are not fooling anyone that doesn’t have their heads up their azzez.

Yeah, but who would you pick to replace him? There are at least 14 RINOs in the Senate and John Cornyn, RINO, is set to maybe replace McConnell if something happens to him. We do not need Collins, Murkowski, or many more RINOs to be reelected.

“Shame” is a thing of the past. In most people and career politicians it is an emotion that no longer exists. It has been displaced by greed, that is what motivates career politicians now. This country is moving toward 3rd world status. RINOs see the writing on the wall and are going along to get along. Government corruption is flourishing. The desire by the left to eliminate 2A is to remove power from the people so they can achieve corruption utopia! This is the truth that even the right is afraid to say.

Sorry S., DDT is a wanna-be Hitler and clearly wants to turn America into a fascist country to be led by him. He is using the Nazi 1930s playbook as his bible and his guide. Check out the rise of Hitler and the methods he used ro destroy democracy in Germany and you will see a striking resemblence to what Trump has been doing now like, for example, denying the 2020 election results and screaming from the rooftops day in and day out that the 2020 election was fraudulent and yet not offering one shred of proof nor being accepted by any court in the land inlcuding courts stocked with conservatives appointed by Trump. Watch the Jan 6th Commotte hearings if you really want to know the truth.

Our Congressional leaders are a group of political junkies who live in their own fantasyland and make it appear they give a damn about we, the American Citizen. Hell, an inflation reduction act was just passed even though our illustrious president says repeatedly there is no inflation. So, forthright representatives who will walk the walk are few and far between in Washington. America’s flame is slowly burning out. Will things change in Washington? I sure as hell am not holding my breath…. 🇺🇸

Do you read the news are or you just plain ignorant? Our President has been very much acknowledging inflation for months. And FYI, the Pres or is administration have very little to do with Inflation. If you don’t like the way inflation is being handled, you need to complain to the Federal Reserve, that highly neutral body of financial and economic experts that presently is being directed and governed by a Republican appointed by Trump and sworn in on February 2018. His name is Jerome Powell and he took office as chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. He was sworn in on May 23, 2022 for a second time as Biden – after lengthy discussions, decided to stay with Powell. He has a lot of support from many politicians on both sides of the aisle.

Also, for you information, if Biden or Powell were responsible for inflation, then is it not logical that the inflation probem would be confined to just the United States? Well, FYI, inflation is a worldwide problem. In other word, it is NOT something Biden OR Powell is respnsible for. Hit/s also no different for high gasoline prices. Those prices are set by international marketeers, not just Americans nor by Biden. High gas prices are also all over the globe. You think 5.00 per gallon is high.. Two months ago, gasolene cost a friend of mine $10.60 per gallon in Scotland.

Wake up, come out of your shell and realize the world is a lot larger than just your state or your city and stop reading the confederate conservative smut you see on all this outlandish rightwing mags like Fox, Epoch and OAN. Note that this little lecture was presented to you not by a Democrat but by a longtime, forever Republican with no intentions of changing party affiliations.

“We the people” could still fight this if we could organize and coordinate a “Swamp the Swamp” campaign to barrage all leftists media, gov, orgs with ongoing flood of emails, phone calls, post mail, website comments, etc., to totally swamp the Swamps ability to communicate so we disrupt their day to day operations. The Repubs should be organizing this instead of hammering us all with donation requests to fill their coffers.

My 2 cents!

Interesting statistics; 1 % of Americans are millionaires.
50% of Congress are millionaires.
Harry Truman said it best “ to get rich in politics, you have to be a crook “
Most of the 50 % were NOT millionaires when they first went into Congress .
Let THAT sink in .

In this Republican’s opinion, DDT – Dirty Donald Trump, is clearly the true KIng of the Swamp and everyday the proof of that gets louder and louder. But trying to overthrow the government by trying to annihilate an American election to keep himself in office is the clearest sign of a swamp creature especially when he calls for confederate thugs to come to Washington DC to help him stop the Congress from doing its job. Think about that, man and maybe one day, you’ll see the light like some of those rioters finally did.

McCarthy is going to have to do more than make a simple public statement to prove that he is NOT a swamp creature. McCarthy has always been a member of the “deep bureaucratic state”, and has always “followed the power”, where ever that leads. He needs to get a megaphone! And the new Republican majority should elect someone else as Speaker.

I use to like Tim Scott, but just lately he has been vacillating with his support for President Trump. Maybe he is thinking of challenging him for the presidency. I hope he does, because Trump will put him in his place exactly like he did to those other 16 people running against him in 2016. Scott has come a long way in his development and support for our cause, but maybe he needs a wakeup call to remind him of the greater cause; conservatism.

With the exception of a few, we are a two-party system — Democrats and RINO’s. But RINO’s are only a part of the problem. Who wins public office at the federal and state level is based on who has the most money, when it should be based on who has the most integrity. That’s the second problem because it prevents good people from running for office. They can’t afford it or can’t raise the money to pursue it. And speaking of money, it isn’t just greedy, corrupt politicians and government institutions who are destroying America, it’s radical left activist groups, Hollywood and the entertainment industry, (think Disney) big corporations and the left-leaning public school system, higher education and judicial system that has failed the country. It all comes down to greed, lust for power and lack of integrity.

You call Jan 6th a hoax? McCarthy, Are you out of your mind? You certainly didn’t call it a hoax on January 6th. You stated publicly that DDT (Dirty Donald Trump) should resign and that he was responsible for the riot, which, BTW, he was. Then a week or two later, you got down on your hands and knees, kissed the boots of DDT and begged for his forgiveness. You AND DDT are not only slimebags, you both are traiters. Any Republican who denies the 2020 election and softsoaps the riotous insurrection at our sacred Capitol is confederate, conservative scum that tried to destroy our democracy on Jan 6th and are not true Republicans nor are they patriotic Americans. In the opinion of this longtime, forever Republican, it is the RINOs such as your self that are doing a huge disservice to our once respectable GOP and to the United States of America. RINOs like you have turned it into the swamp.

To you who read this, IF you really, really want the truth, watch the Jan 6th Committee hearings featuring Republicans, starring Republicans, and are all Republicans who were either in Trump’s campaign, served in his administration or were and are on Trump’s legal team. There are no Democrats being interviewed. ALL THE TESTIMONY is by loyal Republicans who just aren’t afraid to speak the truth and tell it like it was. Something, Mr. Slimebag McCarthy cannot do.

If the FBI CAN be twisted and politically enticed to committed the crimes they have been taking part in (since John Kennedy was murdered) the organization has LONG since outlived its value to a free American society. This organization should be disbanded and the membership scattered to the far reaches of the federal bureaucracy. However the FBI leadership should be indicted and tried for the many crimes they have committed. And the prison sentences should be maximized, so as to give pause to anyone in the IRS, or any other such organization for breaking ANY law and harassing ANY American citizen.
