DOJ Admits Wrongdoing in Trump Raid?

In a Monday court filing, Joe Biden’s U.S. Department of Justice admitted it seized material “potentially contain[ing] attorney-client privileged information” from 45th President Trump in a raid on his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.

The Daily Wire reports:

The DOJ admission comes as U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon weighs whether to appoint a special master to oversee the FBI’s review of materials seized in an August 8 raid on Mar-a-Lago. Trump’s legal team requested the special master last week, claiming that the former president needed a safeguard against the DOJ obtaining privileged information.

“Although the government will provide the Court more detail in its forthcoming supplemental filing, the government notes that, before the Court issued its Preliminary Order, and in accordance with the judicially authorized search warrant’s provisions, the [FBI] Privilege Review Team … identified a limited set of materials that potentially contain attorney-client privileged information, completed its review of those materials, and is in the process of following the procedures set forth in paragraph 84 of the search warrant affidavit to address potential privilege disputes, if any,” the DOJ filing said.

Judge Cannon on Saturday appeared to be leaning toward appointing a special master in the case. She said she had “preliminary intent” to honor Trump’s request.

The DOJ has a deadline of Tuesday to respond to Trump’s civil lawsuit, in which he requested the special master, and to provide the court with a detailed list of the material removed from Mar-a-Lago earlier this month. The DOJ said the list of seized material would be filed under seal and unavailable to the public.

Trump filed suit against the federal government’s August 22, 2022 raid on his home, which stipulated the raid seemed to be politically motivated rather than based on laws and facts.

The suit stated that “the Government has failed to legitimize its historic decision,” calling Attorney General Garland’s involvement in sanctioning the raid “unheard-of,”, especially with a press conference Garland held.

That is not “wrongdoing”–it’s the inevitable result of a thorough search, and the affidavit (paragraph 84) set up procedures (filter team) to keep such material from the actual investigators. Everything about this search was by-the-book. Trump is not above the law in this (or any other) respect.

The DOJ is under what other agencies are under the FAPA: they have o rule which is a “constitutional constraint” without which makes their actions under color of law and NOT
authorized by rule” and therefore unapproved criminal conduct and blitz upon private citizen. Such conduct is clear on its face.
The FBI is the agency to investigate public corruption investigation along with the DOJ and they blew that a few years ago when biased and rogue misconduct evidence appeared along with unrefutable evidence, some of which they hid and or destroyed-

Everything about this search was by-the-book.” That statement depends on who’s “book” you’re referring to…

This was a fishing expedition. Search warrants are required to be specific in nature, not general “I hope to find” BS.

Yes because we have all seen recently how the FBI does everything “by the book”. Give me a break. Funny how “by the book” didn’t apply to Hillary or Hunter. Hasn’t seemed to at all for Democrats.

That’s right; it’s not as though President Trump were a Democrat. And he’s not part of the Biden or Clinton crime families. He’s just like any of us–subject to illegal Federal search and seizure–any time the Liberals decide that they don’t like you.

No one is above the law BUT you have to admit this raid was in called for. Do you realize we are paying the salaries of the so called “leaders” and ALL they have done is trying to find something on Trump. Trump did more for our country than any President has done in many years!!!!!
Just look what we are living with now. Biden tries to harm our country instead of helping!
This raid on Trump’s house is just one thing they have done that was not necessary!!!Biden and his crew have no right to receive a salary.
Name one good thing they have done.

Meanwhile, how many people in how many agencies have had access to the material that the FBI seized outside of the limits of the search warrant. Who knows who the FBI allowed access to any or all of the documents. How many of Trump’s political enimies were allowed access to the documents?

It’s the action I’m examining under ”color of law”–the DOJ and FBI had absolutely no authorization under FAPA — extremely serious. They are no better now than ANTIFA -the FBI failed to arrest them under domestic terrorism and instead chose to arrest citizens who comply with our constitutional laws unless there exists an action of abuse of discretion and power by any elected person: local, state, federal. These agencies are to perform there task under a higher standard than how they’ve been operating. Obviously on its face these agencies’ observed misconduct and actions are without a doubt: biased, prejudicial, unconstitutional, and criminal.
Are these the agencies you trust to protect you?
One conclusion from the in-depth examination of the prima facia evidence color these agents as: violators, criminals and controlled by communist ideology woven into our society by infiltration to seemingly overthrow our constitutional republic. (Note: we are NOT a democracy contrary to those of ignorant and miseducated opinion)).

So the DOJ admits they took materials they had no right to take. Now that they have read them and thus usurped the President of his constitutional rights. If the President is to be treated fairly under the law, this should be sufficient to throw the case out. Any Judge should see that. I would make a motion to dismiss the govt’s case.

We all know now that the swamp is weaponizng the FBI, CIA and the DOJ as their personal KGB along with furthering the obama/biden IRS scandal to target indivduals and organizations of their choice to persecute

The democrats are illegally searching for some “dirt” to smear President Trump with. What they are doing is illegal, lawless, sneaky, underhanded and plain nasty. I doubt that any democrat is proud of the biden regime. Please REMEMBER WHAT BIDEN DID TO AFGANISTAN. Also REMEMBER THE 500 PATRIOTS WHO WERE ENTRAPPED IN THE JAN 6 SET UP AND HAVE BEEN ROTTING AWAY IN THE D.C. PRISON. And read Dinesh d’ Souza’s book “2,000 mules” to learn how the 2020 election was stolen.

So in order to ascertain the “Attorney-Client Privilege” description of the materials in question, Some person directly involved in the “RAID”
must have violated that “Privilege” to make the statement acknowledging that “Disclosure” Is this considered “ETHICAL”?
President Trump has Every Right to ask for an Unbiased “Special Master” to ensure that These and all papers that have been unlawfully gathered and confiscated by the “Same FBI Crew” that handled the “Doctored FISA” requests during the “Russian Disinformation” Mueller Debacle as well as any PERSONAL PAPERS will be PROTECTED

When the Affidavit is almost completely redacted how can we the people see what it says in paragraph 84. This is just another Witch Hunt by the Corrupt Biden Administration, FBI and DOJ. 6 years of this BS from the Corrupt Gov’t and Trump has won all previous attempts. Please vote these Socialists out come November to save the USA from Socialism. Go REUMP 2024.

Just how many documents concerning the “ crossfire hurricane” investigation, Hillary’s destroying documents, Hunter’s lap top, biden’s Bieng the “ big guy”, and many other pertinent documents have been destroyed by the FBI? They knew Trump had the goods on them, so they had to retrieve those “ damning documents”, to cover their own asses. Plus evidence the election was rigged by Obama to “ install” his puppet into the White House. This is all a part of obama’s Vendetta against Trump, because Trump knows obama was NOT born in the U.S. which made him an illegitimate president! Sheriff Arpaio from Arizona proved his birth certificate was fake. So they made sure Arpaio was voted out as sheriff in Maricopa county, And the msm buried the truth about it, discredited Arpaio in every manner possible. Anyone who goes against the obama agenda of destroying our country will face dire consequences. Hopefully, God willing, Trump will be vindicated, and win his court cases against the FBI, DOJ, and the obama/ Biden regime. It is time for demonrat heads to roll! Then put Trump back in the White House where he rightfully belongs.

Obama, the Clinton’s, The Biden’s, the IRS people that when after Republicans during Obama, the ATF guns on the border that Obama gave to Mexico, Biden DOJ targeting parents for speaking at school boards, Biden’s and China connections with Hunter Biden., Clinton connection with the WH on her own PC with Top secret information. All this and nothing has happened. No one is in prison and no one was charged. President’s have the right to declassify information. The problem is if the FBI did there job no President would take information out of the WH until they see it. Obama toke millions of papers and the democrats did not care.
