Judge Tosses Trump’s Lawsuit Against Clintons, DNC

The Swamp appears to show just how deep it is with the latest court ruling against 45th President Trump and tossing a lawsuit against the Democrat National Committee and the Clintons over the Russia conspiracy theory hoax.

Fox News reports:

Trump filed the lawsuit in March in the Southern District of Florida, alleging that Clinton and her “cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot” and “maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative” that Trump was colluding with Russia.

This week, U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks threw out the lawsuit, saying that “most of” Trump’s claims were “unsupported by any legal authority” and said the lawsuit lacks “substance.”

Middlebrooks said Trump’s suit is “not attempting to seek redress for any legal harm,” but instead is “seeking to flaunt a two-hundred-page political manifesto outlining his grievances against those that have opposed him, and this Court is not the appropriate forum.”

Trump lawyer Alina Habba told Fox News Friday the former president’s attorneys plan to appeal the decision to dismiss the case.

Habba said, “We vehemently disagree with the opinion issued by the Court today,” adding, “Not only is it rife with erroneous applications of the law, it disregards the numerous independent governmental investigations which substantiate our claim that the defendants conspired to falsely implicate our client and undermine the 2016 presidential election.”

It’s most unfortunate that so many people are so ignorant as to the runniing of the country! They don’t seem to understand how Congress works and what is expected from them! There are too many ignorant people who have ideas of what should be done but who don’t at all understand how the country works!!
This ignorance is the reason for the difficulties that were facing and
it must be taught to all and sundry so that they understand what all of
us need to do!
Sincerely,
Frances Weingarten,

Garbage – this judge needs disbarred -if their was ever a case -this is one for the books – Clinton and DNC officials need to go to jail or be hanged for treason

Bet the judge is a lefty. If we can hold out until after the election and Durham can appear before a judge who knows the Constitution (Hillary was knee deep in the Steele dossier) maybe former President Trump can try against that disgusting loser.

I always say you can get away with murder if you have money, know the right people and who you blow. Justice is not fair. And if the other person knows the right people and or has the right amount of money, they can drain the person they are going after until they have nothing left. And that’s the way the courts work. And Trump may have money but everyone else wants it.

Trump doesn’t have the money. He’s technically bankrupt; that’s why he has all those GoFundMe accounts.
