Democrat Looking to Survive

Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D) is running against Republican Tom Barrett in Michigan for the U.S. House and the race is still very close. As other Democratic candidates have fallen off, Slotkin has held her own and Liz Cheney’s endorsement may have pushed some independents her way. If Barret still wins it strong sign for the MAGA-based part of the Republican party.
