On Thursday morning, soon-to-be former U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) convened the U.S. House, where she announced, “I will not seek reelection to Democratic leadership in the next Congress. For me the hour’s come for a new generation to lead the Democratic caucus.”
She claimed the people “rejected” “insurrection” while claiming they defended “democracy” during this election.
According to the Associated Press, “The speaker took home two versions of her speech overnight for review” before making the announcement.
The news also comes after an altercation between her husband, Paul Pelosi, and another man that left the speaker’s husband in the hospital after an attack by a hammer, it further complicated Nancy Pelosi’s plans.
The AP noted that ambitious younger Democrats are vying to move past the octogenarian House leadership:
Pelosi’s leadership team, with Majority Leader Steny Hoyer of Maryland and Democratic Whip James Clyburn of South Carolina, has long moved as a triumvirate. Hoyer and Clyburn are also making decisions about their futures.
All now in their 80s, the three House Democratic leaders have faced restless colleagues eager for them to step aside and allow a new generation to take charge.
Democrats Rep. Hakeem Jeffries of New York, Rep. Katherine Clark of Massachusetts and Rep. Pete Aguilar of California have similarly moved as a trio at times, all working toward leadership roles themselves.

They rejected scam charges of an insurrection while the summer of 2020 riots were referred to as “mostly peaceful” as cities burned and people were killed. Im still in shcok that “moderate” voters also believed the ruse that “democracy was at stake” if they voted for Republican representatives when the authoritarian Democrat president and Democrat governors were the ones who pushed mask and vaccine mandates, kept schools closed, prevented people from attending religious services, etc. It proves that it’s hard to redirect the sheeple away from MSM propaganda
There has to be more to this story than what’s been told so far. Her ego wouldn’t just let her step down as speaker and stay on as just one more elected representative. Must be something due to come out that she can blame on someone else. One of the new breed coming up that will take the fall for whatever comes out.
Joe Biden should make the same announcement but his ego gets in the way. He does this country no good to speak of.

The first three things the Republicans need to concentrate on are impeach Biden, impeach Harris and lock up Hunter. Then Speaker of the Hoise moves into the White House.
