David Chipman is President Biden’s nominee to lead the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives(ATF) and he might be the most radical choice yet. The former ATF agent is a staunch gun control advocate with little regard for the second amendment. He’s tried to present himself as a moderate but during a recent Senate hearing he couldn’t hide his radical views any longer.
