4.) Former Secretary of State John Kerry

The Logan Act of 1799 was passed to prevent a citizen from conferring with foreign governments against the interests of the United States. At very least, Kerry’s dealings with the Palestinians and Iranians undermine government policy and are a violation of the Logan Act. Once upon a time, his actions would be considered treason. You know, like that time he called the military “rapists and murderers” and tossed war decorations over the White House fence.
