But oddly, Gallup reported last week that President Trump’s approval reached a high last week of 45 percent; Rasmussen samples more Republicans than Gallup. The bottom line: Democrats can scream about Trump every week, and his approval will fluctuate within the margin of error, meaning they can’t seem to lower his approval much. That means they’ve “cried wolf” one too many times, and have a hard time getting traction.
