A major note that was brought forward in the memo is that Ford does not remember how she got home that night but that she does remember getting a ride somewhere form someone, the details have been lost. These details are important because her house at the time was about 7 miles away from the place where this incident allegedly took place. That is quite the hike for someone who was only 15-years old at the time, it is also noted that this lack of details is rather concerning because whoever picked her up or took her home would have been “saving her” form the alleged assault and that should have stuck in her mind.
