Mueller told the press that he followed the Justice Department's rules every step of the way and that he couldn’t charge Trump even if he had the evidence because charging a sitting president is unconstitutional. This echoes the words of Mark Levin of Blaze TV, for months he has shot down media figure’s fantasies of Trump getting dragged off in handcuffs.
