The lawsuit references “shadow banning” which is a term used to describe limited visibility on accounts that are not followed. The result of a shadow ban is that the account can not be found from the search and that some post may only be visible to followers. While shadow banning is not an official policy on Twitter it is what many believe to be taking place as some accounts are virtually unlocatable without a link.
