For many years Young Republicans and small commentators were speaking out about the state of college campuses and the lack of freedom of speech on them. The “experts” many of whom worked for these institutions denied these claims and when they did acknowledge them they marked these incidents as isolated events that meant nothing more. These “experts” got it wrong again and now this rejection of freedom of speech is now seeping into the mainstream, the New York Times took down an op-ed by Republican Senator Tom Cotton because it had the wrong opinion.  This will become more common in the future as the strength of these institutions only increases.
