The idea of government officials being fired so easily wasn’t a thing before President Trump. The president did not like Comey’s handling of the Clinton investigation and fired him after Democrats had trash talked him for costing them the election. Fake comedian Colbert’s audience actually cheered the firing, to Colbert’s condescending disgust. Then Democrat hypocrisy kicked in, leading to the chain of events that started the Mueller investigation.
