A young man named Manuel Caan was out late at night when he was run over by an illegal alien. Caan was leaning against the back of a van when the illegal polled forward causing him to fall over, he was then backed over by the van and then ran over once again by the van. He was still breathing by the time emergency responders got there but the illegal immigrant had already vanished into the night. Manel Caan would later be pronounced dead at the local hospital, the illegal immigrant, Rolando Tiul, has been arrested and will be charged with fleeing the scene of a crime.
