The scorned Ohio governor with sour grapes still isn’t a Trump fan and has taken his loss less graciously than other 2016 contenders. The Boston Globe reports that he is still maintaining a presence in New Hampshire, and if anyone would take on Trump, it would be Kasich. While a 2020 play would likely fail, he would possibly be maneuvering for a 2024 run but would be 68 in 2020, and 72 in 2024. He only wins if the establishment takes the party back from Trump, and those are long odds.
