The lawsuit states that Twitter was willingly hosting and monetizing off of defamatory content. This in reference to the Twitter troll accounts that sent out numerous tweets that were untrue, at this time it is unclear if the accounts were clearly labeled as parody accounts as is required by Twitter guidelines.
